So you’re ready to train… and have decided you’d like to potentially work together. (I’m so honored). What happens next?! Simple:

1. Click the schedule intro now button.

2. Select the time and date that works best for an introductory call. Once selected, you’ll receive an email confirmation with detailed information.

3. I’ll call you on the day and time you selected. We’ll discuss goals, exercise history, and determine if we are the best fit for each other. From there, we’ll meet in person and run through a functional movement screening. You know, all the good stuff so that we can create the best program for you.
